Letter from the President
Harald Rosenqvist

I am addressing to all of you with great enthusiasm to share a message of renewal and growth for our maritime services company. We are at a crucial point in our trajectory, where adaptation to an increasingly competitive and dynamic global environment requires us to take a leap forward.
In this context, we have undertaken a deep internal restructuring with the purpose of decentralizing decision-making and empowering our teams in each region. We firmly believe that this greater local autonomy will enable us to respond with greater agility to the specific needs of our clients, both in the competitive Chilean market and in the international scope.
This restructuring is part of a broader vision of building a leaner, more efficient and sustainable company. We will focus on optimizing our processes, reducing costs without sacrificing quality, and maximizing the synergies between our different business units, enabling a more efficient use of our resources. As part of this challenge, we will provide more room for our business leaders to concentrate on what they do best: generating value for our customers.
Sustainability is also a fundamental pillar of our new strategy. We are committed to reducing our carbon footprint and implementing environmentally friendly practices. We believe that this responsibility is not only a duty to future generations, but also an opportunity to differentiate ourselves in an increasingly environmentally demanding market.
Being a good neighbor is a fundamental part of our business philosophy. We know that we have the responsibility to contribute to the development of the communities in which we operate, and we are committed to making a positive impact on the social and environmental surroundings of coastal areas.
We will continue to work closely with local communities to identify their needs and develop collaborative initiatives that promote well-being, education, and the creation of opportunities.
Anticipating changes in the industry and our customers’ needs has been and continues to be an important part of our identity. We are a company in constant evolution. We understand that providing a fast and efficient response focused on our clients’ needs is not only a market expectation, but a commitment that guides each of our decisions.
We are convinced that, with the talent and dedication of our team, the collaboration of our partners and the trust of our customers, we will be able to reach new horizons and consolidate our position as leaders in the sectors in which we operate.
